Provide CPR with the Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management components is a practical and hands on workshop. The CPR with the Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training covers how to recognise and respond to emergency situations, including management for unconscious casualty/s and the need to apply resuscitation. The workshop also covers how to respond to Anaphylaxis and Asthma emergencies and a variety of skills relating to risk minimisation and management.  

This workshop is suitable for anyone requiring the Asthma and Anaphylaxis training for their employment, specifically those in childcare or schools. This workshop is also suitable for anyone requiring further knowledge in these areas. 

This workshop includes a theory component of 4 Modules which will be completed online before the practical session.

These courses satisfy the requirements as set out by ACECQA for CPR, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management Training. 

This is nationally recognised training. A Statement of Attainment will be issued following the successful completion of these units.

Please note there are no prerequisites for this workshop. However, it is recommended that participants have sufficient proficiency in English and visual interpretation skills to complete the training.  There is a physical element to the training and assessment of this workshop. Participants will need to demonstrate two minutes of CPR on a manikin on the floor. If you have limited mobility or have a current injury, please contact us to discuss this further.
